Standard warranty is 1 year, it begin from the day you receive the product. Standard warranty covers only defect parts bulbs/ballast. If the bulb/ballast is damage due to installation is not cover under the warranty.
Limited Life time warranty:
Limited life time warranty is offer to final users and only final users, no exception. Life time warranty covers any defect parts such as (bulbs/ballast) of the life of usage by the ORIGINAL PURCHASER. It will not cover if the parts (bulb/ballast) is damage by mishandling/improper installation. Limited life time warranty is NOT TRANSAFERABLE. Limited life time warranty is OPTIONAL. Buyers pay for all return shipping cost no exception.
Return and Exchange
For a full refund and exchange item must be not open and its original package within the first 7 days. Buyer pays for all shipping and handling cost NO exception. All un-wanted items, we charge a 20% re-stocking fees.
